You should write their information on the cover letter and also send:
1. I-824 form
2. Check ($195) to USCIS
3. Copy of I-485 approval notice and permanent resident card.
4. A letter from employer confirming employment and copy of recent month earning statement.
5. Copy of your depedents' birth certificate and translation
6. Copy of notarized marriage certificate
7. Copy of pages of your passport: photo ID page, visa, I-94 (front and back)
