"
Additional evidence is requested to evaluate eligibility for a national
interest waiver pursuant to the test established in Matter of New York
State Department of Transportation, 22 I & N Dec. 215 (Comm. 1998)
(please note: the evidence already submitted demonstrates that the
proposed research employment has substantial intrinsic merit).

Please submit copies of any published articles by other researchers
citing or otherwise recognizing your research and/or contribution.
Please highlight the portion of the paper that references your work and
highlight your name in the bibliography or "work cited" section. It it
not necessary to submit work that you and/or your own colleagues
authored that cites your own work.

Please submit documentary evidence of the impact your patents have had
in the field, if applicable.

You must establish you have a past record of specific prior achievement
that justifies projections of the future benefit to the national
interest. You must establish, in some capacity, your ability to serve
the national interest to a substantially greater extent than the majority
of your colleagues. You must demonstrate to some degree your influence
on your field of employment as a whole."

for the first one I post detailed search results from scholor.google.com, and also papers that cited my papers .

for the second one, I find a physician who might use the patent and ask him to write a letter. He is a big NIU in his field.

for third one, attached two more recommendation letters (one US, one international), also in the cover letter, repeated those achievements mentioned in first question and second questions, also referred some letters in the original submission.

I donot know how to check the officer.

Hope it helps
