我近日收到了485補件通知,如下

please submit a five year certification of good conduct/police clearance from your local law enforcement agency such as the Police Department or Sheriff's Office of the city in the United States where you have resided. Submit a copy of all arrest records, indictments (if applicable), and a document showing the final disposition of each case. Court clearances and third party public access company clearances are not acceptable.

我應該怎麽辦?當地的警察局會出具此類證明嗎?去county's police office?
