Because you already filed I-485, you will use the same A# always (EAD never uses I-94#). The base of EAD is determined by categeory. If it is based on C(9), it is a 485 based EAD. If it is based on C(3)(i),it is a OPT-EAD. Check your EAD for such categeory.
