I talked with international officer about H-1. She told me it would take longer time to process my H-1 visa than applying a EAD card. The internation center will have to discuss with the department. Then they will file a H-1 application.

I want to get some papers processed immidiately. So now I have to apply an EAD. Hopefully, I will get it soon as you said. I'm in California. I checked the visa bulletin. Now they are still processing Nov's cases...:(
