Why, I140 Intendent to Deny?

I am sorry to hear about that. I believe it's easier to obtain H visa in Mexico or Canada. You'd better obtain Mexico visa if you go to Mexico for applying H visa. Would you mind sharing your background on your I-140 case? Which category? which center?
