OPT想邀請父母探親,怎麽辦? Thanks A lot!!!!!

My OPT will expire this September, have not apply H-1B yet. My Hu*****and is a H-1B. We want to invite my parents to USA this summer. How can we do it? Should the invitation letter from me, or my hu*****and? Please help, thank you so much.
