You need something to fill the gap of your F1 and H4. I suggest you filing 539 to change to F2 first and then file another 539 with your LG's H1 application to change to H4.

The purpose and procedure of changing to B2 is similiar to changing to F2. You can do that too. changing to F2 is almost guaranteed but change to b2 is less certain.

Without doing that, your applcation for changing to H4 wiil likely be denied
