How to push 加拿大 Immigration (Time Line)

My time line:
first letter: 7/2004;
Secnod letter: 4/2005;
Med + finger print: sent out 7/1/2005

No news so far.

Any strategy suggestion? Is there any way to send requests or to push immigration officers?
