How long does it need for H1B revalidation in Vancouver

Hi,
Can anybody share your H1B revalidation in Vancouver with me? I received the appointment document from US consulate, it said it will take up to 3 working days to get the visa if approved. Is it true? Cos I could get it on the same day in 2002.
