Can anyone help to answer my question regarding I-131?

Do I need to file I-131 along with I-485 status adjustment through marriage? I'm currently on H1B which expires in Jan 2007. And I need to travel overseas on business in June/July time frame, do I need to advance travel parole? Or do I need to apply re-entry visa coming back into the US?
