Hi, guys. Who ever got the 485 RFE for medical exam report?

I has no time to take the medical exam before I filed my I-140 and I-485 on 09/29/05. My lawyer told me I can make it up when USCIS requires for it. Who ever got this kind of RFE before? I would appreciate your reply.
