got FP notice again but i am out

of town. Asked lawyer and he said that I can just go to the ASC for my FP after I come back to town (within one week) without re-scheduling my time. Is that ok? or I could be in trouble. The funny thing is I did my FP last August with code 1, this time it is code 2.
