1，You'd better to renew your H4,unless you belive that
your I-485 will be approved without doubt.If you don't
do so,you will have to leave USA if your I-485 fail
in future.
2，You don't to renew your EAD if you don't want to work in USA,I mean if you are a dependant of I-485
applicant only.
3,No trouble.
