I have the similar situation as you have. My H1-B will expire 5/30/2007, my LC under previous employer was approved June, 2005.

I actually talked to my lawyer today. How come she says I can use the previous approved LC to extend H1-B to 7th year, 8th year and so on even if I changed job?
