2>After filing a H1-B, file the second one, notifying the other one as primay, and the second one as part-time. Is H1-b part-time dependent on the primary H1-B?
Otherwise, why the revoktion of the primary will dangerilized the part-time one? While in case 1, the part-time H1B can maintain the legal status?
