I submitted my I-485 to NSC after the approval of I-140 last June but I have not received any notice about fingerprint. The on-line notice just says they have received my FP fees and my case was resumed. My lawyer told me FP notice could be sent out at any stage. I am confusing with what my lawyer told me.
