Multiple entries visa with Maple Card

Hi, I am a H1B visa holding working in US, and I also got my maple card in Augst 2005. If I want to apply for multiple entries visa with Maple Card, is it easy to get it?

If I have this visa, can I enter US directly from China??

Please please help...
