Asking xiaobaitu,my two cents,etc about my priority date

I used to ask the question before but got no answer.Maybe my case is a little complicated.
I-140 &485 8/27/03
I 140 and 485 denied 2/7/2005.
Appeal and got I 140 approved 4/3/2005.I 485 reopen at same time.
My question is: which is my priority date?
