請問xiaobaitu & my2cents，45 天寄出後，多久該收到LC 批準？

我的priority day is Nov 2001, it's been holding in the backlog center, now my attroney has mailed my 45 days letter back on nov 2005. Do you have any idea when I would expect to receive LC approval notice?

I am in san jose center, EB3.
