What is EB1-EA, and EB1-OR?

Hello, but what is EB1-EA, and EB1-OR? What is the difference? So this kind of 3 years experience is just nonsense? I was told by a guy who is applying for this kind of EB1 through outstanding researcher that you need at least 3 years experience before you file the EB1 application through school.
