請問XiaoBaiTu

I got EB1, EB2 NIW I140 approved letters the same day last month. the latters show the priority date is Sep, 29, 2005. but it does not say if I can file 485 now(I did not file 485 with I140 together). may I file 485 now or I have to wait the further infomation? which is better for attaching the 485 to EB1 or EB2 NIW. Thanks
