I got RFE asking for citation records. I only have several Chinese citations so far, because my English papers were published in 2005. But there are two English review papers citing my English publications.
I am trying to explain to the VO that the research data presented in ordinary research papers need a lot of bench work, so it takes longer time to be published. That’s why I do not have many English citations now. But I don't know how to address it concisely.
Since you’re professionals, could you drop several lines to explain my situation for me, so I can use them in my cover letter.
