If your H1B expired ,he won't get a new H4,if you are
main applicant of I-485,when you get a final approval
of I-485,you may file an I-824 to notify US General
Consulate in Guangzhou,then he may go to Guangzhou to
take an interview for immigration visa there.If he is
main applicant,when he is out of USA,your I-485 case
won't be processed until he coming back.
