Click the blue "here" on the right, then select the service center where your case will be processed.

2. Premium processing takes only less than 1 month. Then either you or the company have to pay $1000.

3. Your hu*****and does not have to to wait to join the new company until the transfer is approved . He can join the new company anytime between the time the H-1 transfer application reaches CIS and the time the approval notice for the transfer is received. For exmple, if the H-1B transfer application reaches CIS today, your hu*****and can join the new company tomorrow.
