Most parts of banks never lend you loan if you don't
have a social security number ,if you have a SSN,but
without a good credit history,you may get loan but will
be applied a higher rate & point (點數，即一開始借錢時被扣掉的部分，如點數是2%，借50萬隻能到手49萬)
Some exception are existed , for examle ,World Savings
( bank's name ) would like to issue some loan to the
foreign buyers who don't have a SSN,if their loan officer think you have enough income & downpayment.
