回複:do I have any chance for I-140?
Apparently your lawyer messed up your case. If it simply states master degree + 2-year experience on your LC 750A box 14, it means 2 years' experience after you get your master degree. But you could have added "Other Specific Requirements" in box 15 on LC 750A stating experience may be obtained prior to the receipt of master degree. Check out your LC box 15 to see if there are any similar wordings. If there are such wordings, you will be fine. Otherwise, your I-140 may be denied because of lack of enough experience reuqired by LC. USCIS is different from DOL, so case approved by DOL may be deined by USCIS.
My experience is lawyer only does what you pay for. They don't over work, and sometimes they make a lot of deadly mistake like this. You should do your due diligence, 'cause anyway it is your case.
Good luck.
