Urgent!!! - H1 B still possible for my case?

My company filed the petition for my H1-B in early Jan using the premium process, I was expecting it in mid Jan. But just learned from the lawyer that they received a RFE from USCIS and they responded to it Jan 19th. I also read the quota was used up on Jan 18th. Is there still possibility of approval for my case? Would appreciate your answer. Really need it, sigh.......
