請教HIB回國的問題

老公的HIB今年12月底到期， 2005年11月25日申請的EB1B， 12月9日獲得批準。 目前公司想讓他回國出差一個星期。因為目前無法申請AP， 有些擔心，請有經驗者幫忙回答幾個問題。

1。是否目前還可以在美國國內返簽。
2。上海現在HIB簽證預約大概需要多少天。
3。回去簽H1B應該注意的事項。
4。瀏覽美國駐上海領事館網站，發現有下列要求。
