NIW I-140 approved after RFE from TSC

Just to want to thank all the people who help me here, especially LoveWind, WorthIt. They are so nice. I sincerely appreciate their encouragement and help. I learned a lot here. Thank you all for keeping this post a wonderful place. here is some information about my application.

NIW received on 9/16/2005.
RFE notice on 10/28/2005. (5 more letters, 4 independent letters)
Replied on Jan 15, 2006
Approved on Jan 18, 2006.
Did it by a lawyer.

We went back China during Christmas time, applied H-1B visa and H-4 visa in Beijing, even though we have AP on hand. No problem at all to get the visa. Just need to take two hours for the whole application. I didn't see anybody with H visa denied or checked. A lot of students got F-1 visa too. Maybe the officer were in good mood since it was close to Christmas time.
