I am preparing my second I-140 to TSC now. I have a pending I-140/I485 petition in CSC. How can I associate my pending I-485 to the new I-140 at TSC? Can I still keep I-485 valid if my previous I-140 get rejected while the new I-140 at TSC is pending? Please give me some instructions. Thank you very much for your help.
