Thank you for you taking my Thanks million thanks. Can you answer me another question:

During that special period (after first 3-year H1B expiration and before second 3-year H1B renewal approved), can I get the normal pay from my employer or can I only get pay after my H1B renewal approved? Thanks a lot!
