Urgent Urgent to know: H1-B Transfer at the fifth year

I am going to transfer my H-1B from company A to company B. If the
company B files a regular H1 transfer, but company A might be upset
and tries to fire me or tries to cancel my H1 before I get H1 transfer approval.

1. Could it affect my H1 transfer?

2. Will I be out of status?

3. If company B is going to process the PERM (usually it is 3 month recruiting)
Is it possible to file PERM before getting H1 transfer approval?
