Citations

Dear all,

I am preparing for NIW by myself now. I found my publications in chinese before I came to USA are cited pretty well, but also in chinese papers. Should I just print out the initial chinese papers that cited my work and then write an list of them by myself in English OK? or need I get some certifying for these papers not in English ?


Any suggestions or experiences ?
