Only i did this DOD project, so in my original application i just said i did great contribution to his project....NSC asked me to submit grant proposal . But my former advisor cannot give me whole copy, also he did want to put my name on the proposal... Can i ask my former advisor to write one letter to address this letter to bypass this problem? Thanks
