if I have NIW aprroved and 485 pendning

and now applying EB1A again. what if my Eb1A get rejected? Does this invalidate my pending 485?
My 140 NIW was appoved in VSC and 485 is pending , now I moved to TSC center area.,thinking of applying EB1A but afraid of the consequece...
