1.It is ok to move.But you need to tell CIS your address change by 1) file AR-11 2) Call CIS or/and write to TSC with a copy of your 140 receipt.
2. Most time, CIS won't transfer your 140 unless they conclude that a transfer is necesary (which is rare).
3. It is no use for you to initiate a transfer.
