Long time ago I mentioned in this forum that 8098 is replacing 750B, but nobody paid any attention to me.

Yes you would need to fill out 8098. Remember that for RFE cases, you must do EXACTLY what they ask for to get a good result.

For duplicate, please fill out two forms and sign twice. It only costs you a few more minutes.
