Please help me to clarify the following situations(please help, professional lawyers):
1) If one is currently holding H1b visa, and he get a new job offer, can the new employer file a new H1b petition instead of transferring the old one?
2) If 1) applies, is it legal to stay in the US if the old employer terminate the old H1b during the new petition?
3) If 1) applies, how the terminate the old H1b?
4) if one stays at the the first job only for two weeks ( only one pay stub) and want to accept the new offer, is there a way to transfer his current H1b to the new one?
