我的J-1D2019 標有"not subject to the two-year residence requirement"
問過學校International office 的官員，說不必豁免即可辦理H，隻是擔心將來辦綠卡的時候會不會有麻煩，是否會要求重新進行WAIVER呢？有相同經曆的朋友麽？
