I'd like to share my experience on I-824

A few years ago,when I was working in a law office as an asst.( we processed most parts cases there because only one attorney in the office,who was very busy on immigration court case & U.S district court case ),one of our client who got I-140 approval,I-485 was pending ,he hoped to reunite with his wife ASAP,my co-worker suggested to file I-864 to help his wife to get an immigration visa in Guangzhou,then VSC required to provide the proof he had gotten I-485 approval ,she( my
co-worker )was very embarrassing while she had to show the RFE to him.
