I don't know whether by law or just by themselves, they don't want to give the login/password. I got one copy of filed 9089 and found the case number on it.

It seems there's a auto-answered phone number for track the case status, but not sure it's for PERM or the old LC. Whatever, one phone number I got from DOL website is not the one lets me put in the case #. So yours might be the correct number.
