Please Help!!!Employment Green Card Application vs. Marriage Gre

I just got a new job and my new company is willing to apply green card for me. As they will use the previous approved labor certificate for me, the estimated processing time is about 1 year and 2 months. Meanwhile, I just got married recently and my hu*****and has american citizenship. But however, he had been involved in a failed business and had not filed his personal income tax for the last 3 years.

My question is, should I go for company's employment green card application, or apply for green card based on my marriage? Any vote is welcome. Thank You.
