How much should I pay for H1-B transfer?

Please help me understand how much I should pay for the H1-B transfer? The lawyer said $500 +$190 will be fine. I also checked with other lawyer's website. As far as I know, most of them said I have to pay another $1500 filling fee. Please help me. Your help will be greatly appreciated. It is very urgent.
