Use only one, i.e. the same one for "in and out". If you use Ch.P. in and Ca.P. out you may be in trouble - say, how to answer the question of "when did you come to China and what is the evidence?" BTW I think you may have already lost your Ch. citizenship after you became a Ca. citizen.
