澄清關於用了AP後是否可以保持H1的問題。

please stop talking about the H1 is still valid after using AP. people said that just because they don't understand the difference between H1 Visa and H1 status. if you have a valid H1 visa, you don't need AP. but actually, most of the H1 workers just have the H1 status now, the H1 visa you got from the consulate only have 3 month valid period. for people who transferred to H1 from h4, J1/2 or F1 in US, you even don't have a H1 visa. however, everyone is still under H1 status. so when you use AP, your status will be changed automatically from H1 status to Parole(AOS).I showed that document to my lawyer and he explained clearly to me as above.
