IGA agent?(J waiver)

Dear all,

I was a J1 visa holder more than two years ago.Because i can not get "no objection" letter from China,the university i have been working for applied O1 visa for me.now the university decided to help me to apply for IGA waiver.I already send the application fee and the required documents to US Department of State and got the case number.By the way,I am working for a very good public University,and the university is very interested in keeping me.


The problem is,my major is music! it seems that we can not find any IGA agent helping music-majored scholar. we tried to call "National Endowment for the Arts",the lady in charge said they only sponsor some one associated with them,not any one from public univsersity.So in my case,it seems there will be NO IGA agent who can sign for my IGA waiver.Any one has some idea?
