I assume you merry a citizen.
1. You can file 130, 485, EAD, and AP right after marriage.
2. After one to three months, you will get EAD and can use EAD to work legally anywhere in the States.
3. Usually, you will get interview after half year of filing 485. Most cases GC will be approved in the interview and a temporary GC will be issued (if marriage is over two years at the time, a permanent GC will be issued)
3. Check www.uscis.gov for the processing time in your area, usually half year if everything works out.
