H4 to H1

I am on H4 now. My hu*****and is his 6th year H1. Now since his I-140 has been approved and he has filed his LC over a year, he will get 3 years H1 extension at the end of the 6th year. If I transfer to H1 now, do I get 3 years H1 extension too? Thank you very much for your input!
