Transfer to a differnt center due to job change are very rare.

I did hear that some cases are transferred by CIS to a different centers. I do not know the reasons behind, Probably there are other issues related to the cases. Anyway, you can not initiate a transfer. You need to report your address change to CIS and let them decide. When you do this, it is a good idea to tell them the change is to a similar job.
